Customer Service Fail

This may well turn into a category all it's own. There certainly is enough material for it.

We've been told to contact Mariauxy and AR Solutions with any problems we have regarding RMM.com website or our fan club membership.


How not to use Twitter for customer service
If we would also like to copy Bruno and Ricky so they know what is going on we are left with 97 characters to explain our dilemma.

Good thing we do have an email for AR Solutions and Mariauxy as a back-up plan.
